Ordered 4 VFD Hitachi, 2 received in original packing in perfect condition, however 2 received without original packing, and no manual included.
In terms of customer service, the representative CoCo is very unco operative, unprofessional and unethical. Despite the fact that I was continuously misled regarding the delivery, provided with someone elses tracking number, she was unapologetic and argumentative. Will definitely recommend to NOT ever deal with her.
Cost wise was okay as compared to other suppliers, however after confirming all prices including freight, CoCo demanded I pay extra money for freight to which i refused.
I also recommend to keep all dealings on Alibaba only!
